A civilised noon start meant that the appeal of Cyclocross has grown 2 fold since last year. 120 riders today meant that it was a big field and a lot of traffic although I didn't do much passing!
3 G3R riders and only 1 in his skinsuit. Gordon riding his new red trek and looking good with the legs to back it up. Results aren't out yet but he managed to lap me about 20 mins from the end! Bruce started with a bit of a cold and half way through the race packed it in to get home and on the road for recovery.
The next date for your diary is the 18th for cyclocross at Auchentoshan. See the link for details.

You can find quite a lot of info on this blog ttp://www.scottishcyclocross.org.uk/2009/09/plean-country-park.html and even a small video of today. No results yet or photos of Gordon taking his two tumbles!
