With nostalgia stirred within his loins Stuart was compelled to share his memories of his first ride with the triathlon club:-
1. Back wheel comes out while cycling along.
2. Water bottle pops out.
3. Catching the bunch, in the red and cycled too far missing the turn.
4. Fell off and ended up in hospital.
Happy memories indeed....
